Klear Vision Co., Ltd. ("Klear", "we", "us") provides online prescription eyewear services at kleareyes.com.

By placing an order or using Klear's services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Consent for processing your prescription data is collected separately at the prescription submission step — it is not bundled into acceptance of these Terms.

Custom prescription eyewear Every pair of Klear prescription lenses is manufactured specifically to your prescription values. Lenses are personal — they cannot be used by another person and cannot be restocked once manufactured.

Klear is not a licensed optician or ophthalmologist. We do not provide vision examinations or clinical advice. You are responsible for obtaining a valid prescription from a licensed eye care professional and providing it accurately when ordering.

Klear verifies that submitted prescription values fall within our manufacturing range, but does not validate whether the prescription is clinically appropriate for you.

• Your prescription must be issued by a licensed ophthalmologist or optometrist.
• We recommend using a prescription issued within the last 2 years, although Thai law does not set a statutory expiry for spectacle prescriptions.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the values you enter match your prescription accurately.

"Send prescription later" option You may place an order and submit your prescription within 7 days. Your order will not be sent to the lab until we receive it. If your prescription is not received within 7 days, we will follow up via LINE OA and email. Klear may cancel the order at its discretion after reasonable prior notice.

• All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) inclusive of VAT.
• Full payment is required at the time of ordering — COD (cash on delivery) is not available, ever.
• Accepted payment methods: PromptPay QR, TrueMoney Wallet, credit/debit card, LINE Pay.
• 0% instalment plans for orders of 3,000 THB and above via participating banks (coming soon) — subject to bank approval, not guaranteed by Klear.
• The price shown at checkout is the price charged. Prices may change for future orders.

Why no COD? Prescription lenses are custom-ground to your specific values. If an order is refused at delivery, the lenses cannot be restocked or resold. Prepayment protects your custom order and keeps our costs — and prices — as low as possible.

• An order is confirmed when payment is successfully received.
• Production begins when both payment and a valid prescription have been received.
• Once production has begun, an order cannot be cancelled or modified — the lens blank has been cut specifically for your prescription.
• Estimated production time: 5–7 business days + shipping time (shown at checkout).

• Klear ships within Thailand only at launch.
• A tracking number will be sent via LINE OA and email once your order is dispatched.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon successful delivery.
• If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address you provided, the cost of re-shipping is your responsibility.

Full details are in our Refund & Remake Policy. In summary:

• Custom prescription lenses cannot be returned for a refund once production has begun.
• Manufacturing defects: covered under warranty, repaired or replaced at no cost.
• Wrong item received: Klear's full responsibility.

• Frames: 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Lenses: 12-month warranty against coating delamination and manufacturing defects.
• Warranty does not cover: scratches from normal use, accidental damage, or modifications made by third parties.

• Klear's liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.
• Klear is not liable for consequential damages arising from use of our products.
• Klear is not liable for clinical outcomes from wearing the eyewear — you are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by Klear's negligence, as required under Thai law.

All content on this website, including product images, text content, and brand assets, is the property of Klear Vision Co., Ltd. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

By submitting your prescription data, you grant Klear the right to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Thailand.

Klear may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or LINE OA with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
